Answer
·  What is the standard size for logos?

There really is no standard size for logos. It completely depends on where you are going to use it and for what purpose. We offer a totally scalable product, meaning that we will make the size fit your requirements. In the case of web-only logos, it is helpful to see the layout of the webpage to aid in determining aesthetically pleasing dimensions.

·  What are the standard formats for web logos?

Generally, the two most popular formats are .gif, (which allows for a transparent or colored background), and .jpg, which comes only on a background color of your choice, usually black or white. We prefer to stay away from transparent background logos in .gif format, as the color range is way too limited and some 'choppiness' can occur. Instead, we match your background to the new logo. Web-only logos are created in Adobe Photoshop and use RGB browser safe colors. Other formats can be made available by special request and may incur a small fee.

·  What is the standard format for print logos?

The most popular format is .eps, which allows for a vector format. We use (Windows) Adobe Illustrator for our print logos to allow scaling from business card to billboard sizes. We use CMYK color format for print purposes. Other formats can be made available by special request and may incur a small fee.

·  What is the standard turnaround time for logos?

Logos take some time and care to get just right, as they become a permanent part of your business's image. We provide your logo for first review within 5 - 7 days from your order. On final approval, your logo is delivered to you in the standard formats, within 24 hours.

·  What if I dislike the logo you designed?

We will provide you with up to five initial concepts, based on your specifications, to choose from or combine as you see fit. We will then revise colors as necessary. If you are unsatisfied with all of them or any combination of them, we will go back to the drawing board.

·  Any tips on how my logo should appear?

This depends on the type of logo. Once we receive your order, we will design your logo as the type of logo you want. Our suggestion is to keep logos simple and elegant, not overly cluttered, particularly for logos for print use. This promotes a superior recognition factor and easy viewing. Print logos should use a limited number of colors which will minimize printing costs, too. We will, however, accommodate your wishes, and design your logo in your vision.

·  What type of info do you require to design highly successful logos?

The more information that you can provide up front, the better. The more information you give us, the better your logo will come out to your specs. We require all the info you can possibly give us to make your logo highly successful and appealing to you. Clear communication is an important key to having us design the perfect logo for your needs.
